Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund never processed to my bank account

I am a pnb customer, i made an online transaction on amazon.in which was later cancelled, it has been 5-6 days and I haven't received anything refunded to my bank account. Pnb customer care executives and completely useless.The refund numbers are: 75260826352010637077502 & 75260826354010698417397

If you don't see your refund, please contact your bank's customer service on phone with the above mentioned refund reference number and dispute the transaction as "refund never processed." At that time, they'll see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.
