Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund no credit in my bank account

I have transaction in Amazon apps regarding purchage some thing
on 05/06/2019. but transaction has been faild and amount debit from my account no.amount is 607/-.and amazon persion said money was refunded but in my account not show the balance they provided me refund reference number for the transaction is (551205)
Please refund my amount in pnb account no.[protected] and ifsc code PUNB0060200 branch okhla.
