Bank Name : Punjab National Bank Branch Name : A-58, South City, Raebareli Road, Vrindavan Yojana, Lucknow IFSC Code : PUNB0479300 Account Number : [protected] Account Holder's Name : ANIL KUMAR I had ordered a product from Amazon and then returned it and according to Amazon they have credited the amount Rs.584 in my account on 22nd October 2020 and provided me the mail showing the refund is completed and they have also provided me with the Refund Reference Number when I asked for it. When the amount was not credited to my account by 27th October 2020 Amazon asked me to contact Punjab National Bank Costumer Care Number. I had contacted Bank's costumer Care approximately 6-8 times but each time noone even listens to the complaint. Refund Reference No. provided by Amazon is [protected]. I request Reserve Bank Of India to please look into the matter and help me get my money back. I have attached here the screenshots of all the refund proofs provided by Amazon.
