Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund not credited | |||
I have ordered four products from myntra on 19 june and i returned two of them. I get those two delivered on 25 june and then placed the return request on the same day. It get picked up for return on 1 july. Then they processed it on 14 july and told me it will reflect in my account by 24 july. Its been 4 august their is nothing. I called myntra that i haven't got my refund yet they told me to call in the punjab bank and when i called to their customers support team they told me to write an email regarding the issue. I have done that now they are saying myntra hasn't refunded the money yet now they are playing blame game i don't know what to do. Please help me in some way.
