Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund not credited in my account 2845 | |
I placed an order worth ₹2845 on 4th jan, amazon cancelled my order and initiated refund on 5th jan, today it's 15th jan i didn't get my refund, amazon provided me a reference no and asked to file a charge dispute but pnb is saying there is no term like charge dispute to be filled, Reference no 75503729006025976811553 Both pnb and amazon are blaming each other and i m suffering Was this information helpful? | |
