Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund not credited in my account by bank | |||
My name is ADITYA RAJ GUPTA and i had ordered a product of Rs.458 (BEN MARTIN MEN'S REGULAR FIT JEANS order id[protected] ) in AMAZON on 02/11/2020 & after 10/11/2020 i returned this order due to personal reason and on 10/11/2020 AMAZON initiated the amount in my bank account but i still didn't get the money. AMAZON sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK doesn't have such policy.so, please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.my account no. is [protected] (IFSC -PUNB0093500), thank you sir.
