[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund not credited in my account in 7 business days

My name is aniket seth i have order a product from amazon.in on 24july 2020 and later cancelled it on 28 july 2020 it was prepaid order refund was initiated on 29th july 2020 but still it is not credited to my account they told me to fill charge dispute form but pnb doesn't have such policy they have given me a reference no.75503720211041223630936 please track my refund sir it's very urgent

I got my refund thank you
I am rohan kumar, holding account in punjab national bank. My account have to be credited with refund amount from amazon on 30 july 2020. Amount have been issued by amazon and confirmed by my bank generating reference id #75503720208041165393316 but amount still not reflected in my account by bank since it is 9 days over. Plz help me fix the issue.
