Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund not credited in pnb account

I had received the refund confirmation from affix care on 6th june 2019 but till date 11th july 2019 i have not received the refund amount in my pnb account. The affix care has already initiated the refund amount in my amazon account and amazon has also processed the amount to my bank account. But pnb has not credited it. Also i have received the reference number[protected] from amazon.in
