Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund not credited processed by amazon | |||
I have placed an order from amazon on 27/06/2019 and the order id is[protected] and the amount was 514.50₹ which was paid through internet banking via punjab national bank. I cancelled the order after making the payment and i got the message from amazon's side that the refund will be credited soon. After 14 days i did not get any refund from amazon. When i asked them, they gave me a reference number[protected] and asked me for contacting my bank's customer care. While contacting pnb's customer care i did not get any resolution as they refused me to help out that they cannot help with any reference number and suggested me to contact again with amazon. So my request is to punjab national bank regarding filing a charge dispute form as suggested by amazon Was this information helpful? | |||
