Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund not Credited to my Bank Account | |||||
My name is Rakesh Kumar Gupta having PNB A/c no.-[protected] I ordered an 'Dolphin 10 Liter RO Water Purifier' through Amazon Order #[protected] on 4th Feb., 2017 and the payment was done via my PNB debit card. The order was canceled on 5th Feb.2017. I have not received the refund for same. The Reference number for the refund provided by amazon is "4862003827366031703085" processed on 7 February 2017 for Rs.4080.06 Verification Code 257004 Amazon asked me to file a dispute but customer care says that they don't know any such word and they can't do anything other than checking my balance. After that I have file a complaint registered successfully with SR No. A[protected] for amount of Rs.4080.06 Was this information helpful? | |||||
