Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund not processed | |||
Dear sir/Madam, I purchased a product of Rs.740 from Amazon India and returned on 23rd May, 2021successfully . Amazon India customer care send a message that your amount is successfully processed on 23rd May, 2021 but it's more than a month, They still not credited my amount in my Bank account. Amazon India customer care said that contact to PNB customer care with Refund Reference # IGALDJAZS4 but PNB customer care said that they don't have any information about my refund amount of Rs.740 then at last after so many tries I came here for help "please help me" it's more than a month I am still seeking for my Rs.740 amount.
