[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund not Processed under Refund Reference Number[protected]

I was entitled a refund of Rs 378 from Amazon.in (Refund Reference Number is[protected]. But the money is not credited yet after 9 days. I contacted Amazon, they said they initiated the refund vide the above mentioned reference number. Then I called PNB Customer Care. Even they didn't help me out. Very highly dissatisfied.
