[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund not processed yet from amazon to pnb | |||
I made two payment of rs 933 and 920 to amazon on 29/06/2019 by using pnb debit card for book bus ticket but after payment ticket was not booked so they initiate the refund on 30/06/2019 as i received an email from amazon. Now amazon is saying that both refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference for both refund transaction #[protected] and [protected] but customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not. Same behaviour by branch also. Don't know what to do Was this information helpful? | |||
