Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund not received, already processed by the merchant | |||
I would like to say that i had booked a ticket from your redbus from delhi to dehradun on 27/6/2019 by my debit card. But due to some reasons, i cancelled my ticket. As per the details provided by redbus, refund has been processed by redbus on 28th june 2019, the amount should reflect in my bank account within 7 business days. After 15 days from the cancellation of my booking i have not received the refund. When i talked with the team of redbus they informed me that they had already processed the refund. They also send me the screenshot of the refund initiation. I request you to kindly investigate the case asap. For your reference, i am sending you the some documents related to it.
