[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund not received even after 1 month | |||
My payment has been declined by the bank during the transaction on PaytmMall app. Rs 699 was deducted from my account but not yet refunded. Transaction No. [protected] I mailed them and they said the complaint is in under processing Docket No:- M[protected] Now they are not responding to my emails and it's been 1 month they haven't refunded my money. Oct 9, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I am very disappointed by the company.
It took them 2 months to solve a simple issue Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
