[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund not received even after 1 month

My payment has been declined by the bank during the transaction on PaytmMall app.
Rs 699 was deducted from my account but not yet refunded.

I mailed them and they said the complaint is in under processing
Docket No:- M[protected]
Now they are not responding to my emails and it's been 1 month they haven't refunded my money.

I am very disappointed by the company. It took them 2 months to solve a simple issue

Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by harshit97 They have registered the complaint and again said to wait for some days.
Lets see if they will solve my problem or not.

You keep telling wait for some days(see images and dates). I think your some days means some months probably.
Earlier it was registered and the same process keeps going on for weeks and even then you are not replying to my emails nor phone works.
I want a deadline and phone number of your executive.
