[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund not received from amazon

Hi PNB Bank,

Amazon has initiated a refund of rs.6, 999/- on Dec 28, 2016 for my
order number [removed] to my PNB account number
[removed] and provided a reference number for refund as
[removed].
It has been 3 months and I have not received the refund. I have been
following up with Amazon customer care and PNB customer care regularly
from last 3 months, but I am not getting any satisfactory response and
not even getting my refund. I have been told to file charge dispute as
transaction not processed, but customer care is not even helping with
that.

Could you please help to check?

I got lof of fake calls asking for alternate account number, card number, cvv number and somehow I got money too. Please be aware of fraud calls

Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by kapilmalik1983 After updating this complaint, I have started receiving fake calls in 5 mins. So, be careful if you post any such complaint online.
