[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund not received from amazon | |||||
Hi PNB Bank, Amazon has initiated a refund of rs.6, 999/- on Dec 28, 2016 for my order number [removed] to my PNB account number [removed] and provided a reference number for refund as [removed]. It has been 3 months and I have not received the refund. I have been following up with Amazon customer care and PNB customer care regularly from last 3 months, but I am not getting any satisfactory response and not even getting my refund. I have been told to file charge dispute as transaction not processed, but customer care is not even helping with that. Could you please help to check? Mar 16, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I got lof of fake calls asking for alternate account number, card number, cvv number and somehow I got money too. Please be aware of fraud calls Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
