Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund not reflected in bank account.

I ordered an 'Honor 6X (Gold, 32GB)' Amazon ORDER #[protected] from amazon on 2nd Feb, 17 and the payment was done via my PNB debit card. The order was canceled after few minutes.

I have not received the refund for same.

The Reference number for the refund provided by amazon is "4860246082286911004061" processed on 2 February 2017 for Rs.12, 998.00.

Amazon asked me to file a dispute but customer care says that they don't know any such word and they can't do anything other than checking my balance. Also, they disconnect the call after keeping you on hold for 30 mins without confirming from the customer.
