Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund not reflected in my bank account | |
Hlo, I had done a electricity bill payment of Rs. 1542 via free charge on 16-May-2020 but that transaction was failed but the amount from my bank account deducted then I applied for refund after then free charge initiated my refund but till now my refund not credited in my bank account free charge give me a RRN number and suggest me to contact with the bank.I contacted with bank branch also but they can't understand this issue.
