[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund not reflecting in my account | |
I had placed an order with amazon on june 25 2019 through amazon pay using upi. But due to some problems i cancelled the order and refund was processed by amazon on the same day. Amazon told me that i would get the refund by within 4 business days. But i did not get the refund. So i contacted amazon again. They gave me refund reference number and told me to file a charge dispute with the bank. On contacting with bank they told that they do not know about any charge dispute and they can only check account balance. So i kindly request you to ask them to refund my money as already 8 days have passed. I am providing my details as below with screen shot from amazon.
