Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund of amount into account in case of two failed transactions
I paid the fee through my debit card on 09.02.2018 and the amount got deducted with transaction id: ecom[protected] xn chfamsed but the fee status was still showing incomplete so i did the transaction again with id: ecom[protected] xn chfamsed and this time the application process was completed. It has been more than a month but the amount has not been credited back to my account.
In another transaction, i swiped my debit card on 06.03.2018 at an outlet. The amount dot debited from my account but the transaction failed. Till date the amount has not been credited back to my account.
Humble request is to please look into the matter and do the needful to refund the amount.
