[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund of irctc not reflected in my account | |||
I had booked two tickets from Irctc through debit card. But Due to some reasons i had to cancel the tickets. Irctc says that they have processed and refunded the money to my account so i should contact with my bank and file charge dispute but even after seven working days money is not reflecting in my account.I had contacted the bank but they say they do not know about refund reference number or charge dispute. Please do the needy and refund my money immediately.
