Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund of rs 5229/-not received from amazon on purchase of mobile phone

I have not received refund from amazon of rs 5229/- on purchase of mobile phone. I purchased mobile phone on 09nov 2018, with the help of atm card, i returned item but i would not get my money refund. Amazon is telling he returned my refund money on 15 nov 2018 with reference id 609409. I have already booked complaint to bank with complaint no. - a[protected], bank is telling he does not have such reference no.
