Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund processed but not credited

Sir, i have made a transaction through upi on amazon shopping and i have cancelled that order and refund was processed by amazon on[protected] in my account but that amount was not credited to my account. Upi reference id is[protected]. I have contact to pnb on [protected] but my problem was not solved also i contact to amazon and they said that refund was initiated on given date and i waited one week but my refund was not reflected to my account. Please solve my issue and credit my pending amount. Thanking you.
