As per the cancellation of an order from Ferns N Petals, the refund of Rs1275 was done on 3rd August 2020 which is not credited in my account numbered [protected]. No reference or transaction number has been provided to me by Ferns N Petals but they ask me to resolve the dispute within the bank. How should I go forward with this query?
