I hereby extend my sincere appeal for looking into this matter with utmost earnestness. The refund of Rs. 549 (19/11/2020) and Rs. 219 (25/11/2020) made against the debit card payment has not been credited yet in my account. While, as per the merchant (Amazon India) records both of the refund transactions has been already completed.
