Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund was not received | |
I am MOUSUMI PAUL, savings account holder of PNB bank, my account number is[protected], KASBA BRANCH. On 7th JULY I had a transaction of₹2931 but It was unsuccessful because if the transaction was successful then there is no reason to initiate refund of mine by Razorpay authorities.. So, Razorpay has initiated my refund of ₹2931 with the reference number[protected]. I have attached the screenshot of the details. But after so many days I didn't get any refund of ₹2931. I want to register complaint against punjab National Bank for not initiating my refund o₹2931. It was the day of 7th July. I need my money ASAP. PLEASE HELP ME SIR. Was this information helpful? | |
