Punjab National Bank [PNB] — regarding amount refund from amazon but bank did not give money in my bank account

I got a refund amount of 1349 through upi on 7th of oct 19, from amazon in my pnb bank account.
But the amount haven't reflected in my account yet by the pnb banks. Banks take around 5 business days which completely over.
Refund reference no. Is[protected] which is provided by the amazon.
