I ordered Boult earphones from Amazon which I cancelled due to some reason.The refund of amount Rs 329 had been initiated for me on 16 nov 2020 but I didn't recieved my amount in my account till 24 Nov 2020.
I had contact Amazon customer care and they provide me a reference no.of the refund and told me to contact pnb bank customer care .I contacted pnb customer but they didn't told anything and didn't got any solution for this.

Updated by Navneet_3010 Got the amount in my account on 26 Nov.I had also send an email to pnb care. Don't know which one helped me .But at last I got my amount .Thank you.
