Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Regarding dispute | |||
I ordered Boult earphones from Amazon which I cancelled due to some reason.The refund of amount Rs 329 had been initiated for me on 16 nov 2020 but I didn't recieved my amount in my account till 24 Nov 2020. I had contact Amazon customer care and they provide me a reference no.of the refund and told me to contact pnb bank customer care .I contacted pnb customer but they didn't told anything and didn't got any solution for this.
