I have not recieved refund amount in my bank account the merchant have already intiated the amout the bank. I have done many complaint to the punjab national bank but they did not respond yet. Help me how can I track refund with bank reference number. Bank advised me to get UTR number but Myntra don't have the same. What I can do with this ? Its been 15 days.
