Name:-ANIL KUMAR MANGLA( complaintee) Bank:- PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, mewla maharajpur, faridabad. MICR code:[protected] IFSC code:-PUNB077800 On behalf of many customers i am complaining problems.followings are the complaints please take strict action against them:- 1.Regular shortage of cash:-on 16 april i went to bank to withdraw money for my family health problem and firstly they said to wait for an hour and after an hour when i asked for money they directly refused to give money and said we dont have money.After one day i again went to bank ther were having same reaction they asked for waiting and after 2hours they provide me money after begging many times. 2.I went to bank to ask for my housing loan but they didnt tell a single thing about my loan this staff is worst staff .Sandeep and Rajaram are both who even didnt listen a single staff and busy in their work. 3.Please provide me my NOC of my housing loan and close my bank account. Atlast i Anil kumar mangla, customer of pnb bank want to lodge a complaint against them and i get harrashed in these two weeks please take strict action against then.If you think i am lying you can check CCTV footage.
