My refund of ₹1000 was issued by Amazon.in for order number #[protected] with refund reference no. HSBCN[protected] on 9 june 2017. Amount is not added to my account till date. Amazon customer care says they have issued my refund and also have provided reference number as shown above. My account number of Punjab National Bank is [protected]
