Sir, My name is nilesh singhania and i had ordered a vivo v19 product on 17/07/2020 from amazon. The product delivery was rejected due to some reason and the refund of rs 20, 999 for the same was initiated on 24/07/2020. It was expected to be received in 3-4 days. Amazon gave the reference number: 75503720207041148432661 But pnb has still not credited the amount. I have complaint about the same here already but no action has been taken till now.
