Respected sir mr. K. D. Kapoor sb assistant manager pnb bank malerkotla use ruf language and harassed us and refuse to work so pls. Date 29.6.2017 me and my friend call by manager sb and we go there regarding fixed deposit scheme and c/c limit purpose we provide all legal paper submitted mangers sb. Checked all paper ok suddenly he refused to do work and use ruf language and say us get out from bank say abuse us. Sir you chek cc tv camera video 3pm to 3.45. The refund money from amazon with reference I'd[protected] and[protected] has not come in account . I made the payment for both from the debit card (rupay card ) .The customer care executive of pnb is least bothered to either help or provide any information .
