I am customer of pnb having saving account no. [protected]. On swapping atm card on 15.03.2018 (At 6.24 pm) at milkhi ram & sons petrol pump, hamirpur, the payment could not be made, showing transaction failed. The card was swapped three time. But, at 6.33 pm, three sms for debit of rs 1750/- each (Total rs. 5250/-) has been received. Contacted the bank branch, it was suggested to contact customer care.
Complaint e-mailed to customer care on 16.03.2018. The bank customer care executive could be contacted on 17.03.2018. It was told that the complaint has been registered and shall be settled in next 45 days. Was this information helpful? |
