Punjab National Bank [PNB] — wrong reflection of tds amount

From - raghubar singh bhandari, a pensioner drawing pension in account no. [protected] of pnb sadar bazar luckier. My pan card number is abcpb6404a. Copy of pan, nsc purchase of 1.5 lakh had been provided to branch along with pan of my wife as joint account holder. Bank has deducted more than rs 2.4 lakh as tds but has reflected on pan of my wife alhpb2685e. Requests for rectification have gone unheard. Since tax more than liability has been deducted, may i request :- 1. Tds be shown against correct pan abcpb6404a. 2. No tax be deducted in this fy.
