Punjab National Bank — refund pending from bank but refunded back to bank account from online shopping site myntra

I have ordered some products from myntra in february of total rupees 9450 and paid the amount from my pnb debit card from which i have returned some products back to myntra. So myntra has refunded back the amount of the returned products but i didn't get refund of some products in my bank account the amount is not reflecting in my account, myntra has also provided me the reference no of successful payment from their side, it's been 4 months now, i have also visit the bank and give the complain application many times but bank team is unable to resolve my problem. Now 3450 rupees are pending which are not reflecting in my bank account.

Plz resolve my problem as soon as possible bank staff is unable to resolve my problem they are just saying that contact pnb online team and pnb customer are saying that visit your bank branch we can't do anything in this case.
