Dear sir /mam,
refer to the captioned subject this is to inform you that day before yesterday i:e[protected] i was traveling from ferozepur to markhai bus stop through your bus no pb08bq9780 with ticket no 00155447 dt[protected] which was given by conductor that he said we do not have any stoppage to markhai so take ticket to khosa dal singh, i said okay, but again he stopped at every village like sandhe hasham, sherkhan, and bharana, than i again requested him to drop me at markhai, but he refused to drop and misbehave with me and given threat to me that "do what ever you, hum kisi complaint sae nai darte"may i know conductor has right to decide where to pick and where to drop, if there is a stoppage ticket is available with the bus, why he refused to do so, this is totally ridiculous behavior by the conductor. kindly solve the issue and provide me the exact status of bus route and stoppage from ferozepur to zira of the bus timming around 9: 00 am from ferozepur, otherwise i don't have any option to sue the conductor in the court or complaint to the gm of your department of punjab roadways. I need written apology letter from the conductor for misbehaving and confirmation of route stoppage .

I want to file a complaint regarding service of punjab roadways bus from batala to amritsar. Some buses whose comes from jammu/pathankot to amritsar goes byepass not come in batala. And morning from 7am to 10 am there is only service of 2 or 3 buses. Plz check the full time. Punjab roadways giving his time to private buses. Please veryfy because lots of difficulty hasbeen facing by students, police employee or other elders.

I had travelled from chandigarh to delhi in bus departed from chandigarh at 4.15 pm on 10/11/2019. Bus driver has crossed his age and mind. So slow driving and worst behaviour. I don't expect that punjab roadways will take any action, but tell that old driver to get retired from life. Why that driver has so much attitude. Tell him to plz worship god so that he might get some akkal. Otherwise waisebhi driver hi raha hai jindgi bhar, apni aukat jaisa hi behave karega.

I am travelling in punbus from chandigarh to delhi.

The conductor is misbehaving with me and telling me to get down from the bus.
He is very rude to all passengers.
My female friend from poland is very traumatised after seeing his behaviour.
I want you to take some strict action against him.
Otherwise they are making a very bad impression of this service.

Ur staff is orgnising a well mantain fraud/scam nd they looting d passangers on dehli jalandhar route with d help of dhaba wale.
The dhaba owner chagered us so 200 fo pranthas nd when we ask why, they said we r funding conducter n driver in cash n free food also. Today sum of passangers denied to pay such high rates of pathetic food, then the workers of dhaba made a scene with help of your punjab roadways staff.
Which was totally unacceptable, dhaba name is "oasis fast food" nd bus number is pb 08 ec 1635 jalandhar1.

This is to inform you that i am working in sales and marketing, so i have to travel through out the punjab. While claiming for expenses we need supporting but the prints of punjab roadways are so light that we want be able to claim this.
I suggest you to please make it compulsory to use tickets like haryana roadways.
Due to this reason i like to travel by haryana roadways as it is easy for me to claim the tickets.

Well i am from dhilwan and i am a student
I often pick up bus from jalandhar bus stand, they always take fixed amount of fare, but don't drop me at my destination
Means that i comes at 7 o clock rather than drop me at dhilwan stand they drop me on toll plaza which is a big problem for me i get irritated i hope u will help me to tackle this problem

This is to bring to your notice that currently i am travelling in punbus roadways from jalandhar to ambala. I am sitting at seat no. 4. Conductor is forcefully asking me to leave the seat without any reason. He is so rude and harassing me for no reasons by asking that this is a staff seat.

Conductor name is mr. Harpreet.

Requesting you to take immediate and a stringent action against him as he is taking undue advantage of being government employee.

I vishal Kumar s/o Ashok kumar r/o Guru Har Sahai distt. Ferozepur pb. along with my friend satwik vohra boarded the bus(picture attached) with registration number PB 05 S 9565 from bus stand ferozepur Cantt. at about 2:10 pm today i.e on 19/09/19. I requested bus conductor(name unknown but picture attached ) to cut two tickets from ferozepur to Gurudwara Pargat Sahib which is a Government and Pb. Roadways approved bus stop (picture attached) but the conductor flatly refused to issue ticket for desired destination and spoke very rudely, i further requested him but he humiliated me among the fellow passengers saying krle jo krna mai ticket pargat sahib di ni katni na hi whistle marni, i said its illegal since its Government established Bus Stop but he didn't pay heed saying jithe marji complaint krlo sab legal hai.

I once again appealed him that please deboard me for today only by tomorrow i won't board your bus as my bike is parked there and it would be very difficult for me to go to Pargat Sahib from Guddar dandi which is one kilometre ahead of Gurdwara Pargat Sahib on foot, but he spoke very rudely saying eh meri ser dardi ni teri hai asi har kilometer te break ni marni.

Its pertinent to notice that yesterday i.e. On 18/09/19 me and my same friend boarded Punjab Roadways bus which starts from ferozepur Cantt. at about 2:20pm and ends at Shri Ganganagar and the bus conductor gave us the Ticket of Gurudwara Pargat sahib taking Rs 45/- for each ticket but today this conductor charged Rs 50/- for each ticket and issued ticket for village lal chian(which is further 3-4 kilometres ahead of Gudar dandi) instead of Gurudwara Pargat Sahib or Guddar dandi saying we don't have any stop at Pargat sahib and there is no option of Rs 45 /- in my ticket issuing instrument and further tried to scarify me.

Now question is how can buses of the same company on same route have two rules, how can an egoistic conductor can humiliate a passenger among other passengers and most importantly is how can the conductor issue the ticket of the destination which far ahead of the destination where i deboarded actually ??

Kindly take a deterrent action against the above said bus conductor & compensate me for inconvenience or i would have to move to court of law in the interest of justice.

Punjab roadways bus service is very poor. They do not stop the bus on bus stop point or they stop whenever they want to. This is really #. We passengers really facing a difficulty everyday.
For example asr byepass is one of the bus stoppage but they donot stop bus. Due to this some passengrs also met with an accident by catching the bus. But they really dont care. Look into this matter as soon as possible.

I am a college student and i have bus pass from jalandhar to phagwara.
At 2:15pm dated on (26-aug-2019) a conductor of punjab roadways from jalandhar to delhi refuses me to sit in the bus and behave improperly.. I dont know the name of conductor but the bus number is pb06v7029... He insult me and behaviour was very improper. So request to you address that person not to do it again with any student

I had travelled from bagha purana to chandigarh on your bus Number 232103 belongs to FARIDKOT depot on 24/06/2019..the bus arrived at bagha purana on 4.40am and left me at chandigarh on 7.40am
As i gave him rs 500 .. he gave me a ticket of rs.220/- . Nd rest balance he noted down at the backside of the ticket &..i forgot to recieve the balance at chandigarh bus stand.. & the conductor has not even remember me about my balance .. on the very next day i visited at chandigarh bus stand again to get refund of excess money deposited by me.. they said today the cundoctor has been changed. Refund can be made by him only.. i visited another day ..same issue i faced again.. then there was an another conductor of punjab roadways who suggested me to visit at faridkot depot to get refund.. i visited there today they cant refund money as it is a long period and the same conductor of this bus is not there.. only he can redund your money..
Is this your service ?? Please help me sorting this matter..

All the students and employees are facing harrassment. Bus drivers do not stop the buses at their stoppage. Due to some basic reason all the students and employees have bus pass. When you will taken strict action then there is possibility no one face any problem. If not then pass officer no authority to do issue the pass.

1. I am mr sandeep singh sidhu from amritsar. I was travelling from amritsar to new delhi on 18 july 2019 on nh1. Punbus registered number pb 10 gx 6854 (Grey and white colour) of jagraon depot was travelling alongside us on same day. Destination board at rear of bus was written with ' moga delhi'. Near ludhiana at 1325 hrs, he almost hit a car (While over taking he violates lane discipline) which in turn was about to hit my car. Everyone could clearly make out that bus was driven in extremely unsafe manner and was over speeding. Also, driver was not even following lane discipline. I followed the bus to note down its registration number and found it to be being driven at speed more than 100 kmph. Speed limit on nh1 is maximum 80 kmph. I completely understand the exigencies of following the time schedule by your dept but that cannot be followed at the cost of loss to life or property.

2. May i request you to look into the incident at your and take necessary action as per your dept regulations.

Today on dated 18/07/2019 i have traveled in Punbus batala depot bus from Nawanshahr to balachour.

I am traveling on daily basis and today i gave 25INR to cunductor for ticket and he gave me ticket only RS 15 from langroa to balachour.

When i had asked him for this he behave to rude and walk away.

Its really bad and its not the matter of money or rs its just for a bad habit of this cunductor.

I dont know his name. But i know bus number or ticket. I saw he was doing this with some other passengers too.

Please take action in it and update me. I have attached the bus number pic or ticket pic.

With due regards, this is brought to your kind notice that
1. I boarded pr pathankot bus from mukerian to chandigarh at 5.12 pm on[protected] with ticket no 133651.
2. This bus was en route from "pathankot to haridwar" and belonged to pathankot depot.
3. At about 820 pm in night in middle of the forest between garhshankar and balanchaur, bus suddenly stopped and after getting it checked, it was found that there was no diesel in the bus.
4. At the time of this incident, there were nearly 60 passengers travelling in bus who were harassed and had to travel standing in another buses for nearly 100 kilometers.
5. On asking about complaint book and diesel logbook, both driver and conductor failed to provide so.
Sir, i request strict action against all those who were responsible for such callous attitude. Bus was en route to haridwar which is about 600 km from pathankot. Fuel status of the bus was neither checked by adda incharge nor by the driver, thus causing great hardship to consumers.

They charged rs 10 for the luggage, which means they are making around 100000 per month if they take rs 10 from 5 round per day.

Please take a strict action against it or i have to file a case.

The bus driver and the conductor of the bus were really unprofessional, bus number pb 11 cf 8740, this bus was from patiala to mohali, i specifically told the conductor phase 7 mohali main lights, the conductor did not tell the bus will not go to phase 7 also the bus driver was on the mobile phone while driving throughout the journey. Which is not right. Please look into it, it should not happen again.
