My ticket was booked for 27th Aug in Asansol Digha bus 5.45 from asansol to digha. In the morning bus was showing in the app hence I booked my ticket online but in evening when I called asansol depot they said that the bus is not running on that day and the ticket are cancelled, money will be refunded automatically. But I didn't receive my money yet. Kindly refund my money. This has been twice that the bus stands cancelled and my money has not been refunded.

    Yesterday boarded on a state bus at around 7.00 am (Midnapore town karunamoye /kolkata) at chowrangi and got down at haldia more.
    Faced much pathetic treatment from conducter, named tapas mandal (Phn-[protected]) regarding change against the ticket fare.
    Out of such bad submission of behaviour, i forgot to take my belongings along with, and left inside the bus itself.
    A bit later when i gave a call to that of the over mentioned bus conductor, started displaying the same rude behaviour with slangs over phone.
    As if he was doing any favour and i am taking any undue advantage from him.
    This is very much unfortunate from govt staff. As a result, commuters may get panic and reluctant to avail any state bus eventually.

      Dear Team,
      I would like to register a complaint for baggage left at bus WB39A9213 of Purulia depot. On 31.05.24 travelled from Asansol to Esplanade vide ticket no 0012960 which was purchased at 12:40 pm from your Asansol counter, while we got down at Esplanade but somehow we forgot to take down a bag from the bus which came to our notice when we reached to Maniktala so my daughter immediately went back to Esplanade SBSTC counter and informed the same but we did not receive any support but only was said the bus has left to Howrah depot so we requested to get the bag collected and keep at Esplanade counter as that day night we had our flight and returned today morning. We were told to contact Purulia depot but all in vane as no one responded our calls which we did regularly.
      Request the authority to kindly do the needful so that we can get the bag back.

        In recent past, I have experienced it and as I am writing this complain today 5th April around 6:15 pm. Both from Howrah or from Patuli, they force the passengers to change the nus at Ruby depot. If asked, the behavior is rude and say, this is yhe norm and it is my fault that I don't know. At the time of boarding they should announce that bus will be changed. I have seen aged persons, persons carrying kids, or carry bag running to grab the seat even though they were sitting while boarding. The conductor shouts to the passengers to sit at their own place and leave it to the passengers to settle it, sometime with tussle and bad mouthing.
        Authority, please look into it. One day, when rowdy passengers will be provocated beyond control, there may be untoward incidents.

          One Bus is regular allotted for Haldia to Barrackpore on Chart. But It is not available daily. The availability of bus is not even known neither by Haldia bus dipo nor by Belgharia Bus depo. In this situation how can we plan earlier for our journey? Requesting you to solve this issue.

            From SBSTC app I purchased two tickets on 14.02.2024 from Garia to Midnapore for the bus of 7.00 AM. But the bus was cancelled. But after two times complain through mail no refund is made by SBSTC to me. Please arrange to refund full amount which I paid. Screen shot of the ticket attached

              Today I am going to Medinipur (from Esplanade) by SBSTC bus ( Bus number : WB39B 2133 ). The bus started at 3.30 pm today i.e, 13 January'2024. During the journey the bus was stopped frequently and taking passengers like local bus but after one and half hour they have not given any pause though I have asked frequently for toilet (I have lot o[censored]rge for urinal). In spite of my repeated request the conductor and driver refused to allow me for 2 minutes in any bus-stop for urinal.
              Their behavior was rude and non-cooperating.

                I am traveling from Bardhaman to Santragachi railway station. My ticket charge is Rs 85/-. But my travel bag luggage fare collected Rs 200/- and No ticket given to me.                     Asansol to siliguri sbstc night bus service, bus no 3510 conductor has been received illegally passenger and make money without ticket. This is the promoting crrouption. Crowd make noise and nuisances activity. This is my earnest request to the department please take action on the bus conductor on 16th December 2023 .

                          I would like to know how a pessanger is issued a luggage ticker from Muchipara to Asansol. Toady when I was travelling from Muchipara to Asansol I was issued a luggage ticket of Rs.40/= on your bus no. WB 39A3027 . If I don't get any fruitful confirmation from your end I will go to consumer court.

                            I took a bus ride from sbstc Haldia to Kolkata on 17th November. It was a 09:00 AM bus that departs from Haldia to Kolkata, when I took bus and handed over a 500 rupees note to bus conductor for ticket to Santragachi, he became annoyed and started screaming, abusing me about that I had handed him a 500 rupees note and he do not have smaller currency notes to return me deducted money after issuing me a ticket, though he had enough cash, he was not returning money and continuously abusing and using slang and wanted to teach me a lesson regarding 500 rupees note. I have earlier travelled many times from sbstc, but haven't faced this kind of humiliation, other bus conductor just politely say that they do not have enough cash to pay me the deducted money. Later this same bus conductor returned my deducted money after so many requests, during returning he kept some money and did not return me fully( the amount that I should had after deducting ticket price), the conductor was using this kind of tactics to some other passengers as well.
                            So I would request you to kindly take appropriate actions so that the bus conductor should not harass other passengers.

                              I booked 2 tickets from Barasat to Midnapore at your Habra-Midnapore bus online.(Barasat time 7:20a.m.) on 13/11/23 (journey date). On that day the bus was cancelled due to breakdown. I knew that the full ticket amount refund automatically from the counter. But till now no refund initiated in my account. I attached the screenshot of the tickets. Please look into this.

                                Everytime I try to get a ticket through sbstc, money gets deducted and the ticket is not being sent to mobile number. Customer care sometimes receives the call and provide the ticket, but most of the time they don't receive the call. This is terrible and extremely problematic for regular travellers.

                                  After 90 minutes wait for S-5 I gone to office of S-5 at howrah bus stand and asked what is the reason for delay S-5. They did not announced for delay. When I asked they (04) angry with me and very stupid behave with me. Moreover very slum language with me.I am requesting you to change the staffs of howrah and issue warning order against them. The accident was happened at nearly 3 PM on 26/10/23. I wait for reply. Thank you. My mob no [protected].

                                    Our bus broke down before reaching Burdwan. And all we had to do is suffer because of the carelessness of the department. It was a 7.10 Asansol Karunamoyee bus.

                                        I am sunil hela from durgapur..10 th oct 2023 i buy a ticke for journey durgapur to danlop .. karunamoyee 7: 20 a.m bus ticket..but by mistake i seat in 7: 10 a.m karunamoyee bus...in this situation i suffering many problems in the bus ..in this situation the bus ticket cheker was told me the again buy a ticket or either get down from the bus ..in this situation i call the helpline number [protected] and the person misbehave very badly with me ..he has no solution for my problem ..then again buy a ticket for same journey...i requested to sbstc higher authority please learn your employee how to behave a passenger..they had no ride to misbehave any passengers...my final submission is please help the passengers problem ...
