Unable to book bus ticket online

I am trying to book an SBSTC bus ticket online, but the booking is not getting completed. The bus is visible on the website/app, but when I proceed to book it, the booking fails or is not accepted. I have tried multiple times and on different platforms, but the issue still persists. Kindly resolve this issue or let me know how I can book the ticket....

Refund not processed for cancelled bus

I booked couple of tickets for SBSTC volvo bus from Karunamoyee to Digha dated 26/09/2025, starting at 7 am in the morning. But when we reached Karunamoyee that day, we have been told the bus was cancelled. I have been trying to reach out for refund even since, I have sent multiple mails to [protected]@gmail.com, sometimes they simply ignored the mails without any response, sometimes they simply responded saying 'under process'(SBSTCE1563)...

Unable to carry my small pet with proper carrying bucket

Am Sauravmay Hazra, i book a ticket karunamoyee to Digha bus on 18/1/2023. My Whole family members travel that's why we Bound to carry out our very small pet . But Bus conductor Mr Amit Sharma not allowed to travel with pet . He said as per instruction by sbstc and this guidelines mentioned on Sbstc website also. But I am unable to see any information about carrying pet. I am traveling with my parents ( age 76 and 73) and child ( age 9) ....

Misbehaviour of bus driver and conductor of bus no WB39B2131

I booked a ticket for Dubrajpur from Berhampur SBSTC bus terminus (Barnaparichoy), ticket no [protected]. As I came to busstand from a distance I felt thirsty so having a cup of tea infront of gate. Bus started moving I raised my hand but driver and conductor ignored me, I started running and somehow got up in the bus....

Misbehaviour by conductor of the bus

I boarded the bus from Durgapur, my destination is Bankura. The bus no. is- WB39A9509.
The luggage carrier of the bus is too small, it's impossible to fit a luggage bag inside it. I requested the conductor to allow me to keep my bag infront of his seat, because there was ample amount of space infront of his leg.
He didn't allow me to keep the bag, moreover he misbehaved with me and with my fellow family members.

Asansol Kolkata sbstc not providing stoppage at Damodar cold storage Bardhaman

Asansol- Kolkata bus departing at 11:10 AM dated 25th December 2021 from Asansol bus stand did not provide stoppage at Damodar cold storage Bardhaman in spite of several requests.
Please take strict action as they are dropping passengers on the flyover which is dangerous....

Transaction got failed but did not refunding the money

I have booked a ticket using SBSTC(https://online.sbstcbooking.co.in/). My account is made using this gmail [protected]@gmail.com. I have booked ticket on 22nd July for 23rd July from karunamoyee to Durgapur city centre but the site was unable to process my ticket but deducted my money as well(475). Please look into this and make sure that I get my money back....

Request for refund of amount spent on booking

Sir,
I had booked a ticket online through the SBSTC app for a trip from Bankura to Karunamoyee in AC Volvo (3.15 pm).
The trip details are Trip date:16/04/3021; Booking ID 23797774; Tkt No P[protected], Booking date:[protected].
The trip was canceled by the operator because of the breakdown (?) of the bus.
I came to know about the cancellation on reaching the terminus and no intimation was received from the operator’s...

Luggage charges

It's my painful duty to inform you that my two known person travel in sbstc bus from Asansol to barddhaman. They are going for some carpentry work. They borrowed a luggage which was full of their garments and tools.at the time of boarding the conductor refused to take the luggage and demanding the some of Rs 100/- extra.
We pay some of Rs 100/- and asking for luggage tickets.the tickets details is attached..br...

Bus was cancelled on 8/02/2021 without prior notice

I had booked a seat on the 6.30am bus from Karunamoyee to Burdwan for 8/02/2021. I waited for 1.5 hours, not even the next two-three scheduled buses came. The bus was cancelled without prior intimation. I was not refunded the amount. Please refund my cancelled ticket. I have attached a screenshot of my ticket booked via sbstc app....

Charge of transportation cost of 4 packet of medical equipments

As we are Nephroplus company India's no1 dialysis care centre. We need to order saline for medical emergency from durgapur as we didn't got transportation service we contacted one of your state bus corporation bus no is WB39A0366 as our staff was unable to set the price as he was a JDA staff they charged us 600 cost of only 4 boxes of saline that is equal to saline cost of 4 boxes. refund for cancelled ticket / online booking facility

There are 2 busses for digha from baruipur, for the ac bus online booking is available, but for the non ac bus sbstc recruited an agent. I had booked 7 return ticket for journey date 29/12/2018 and return 31/12/2018 on november 2018, there after i need to cancel 4 return tickets around 20 days prior to journey date.

extra baggage charges

money deducted but ticket not booked

I tried to book ticket on 08.03.2019 from asansol to karunamoyee for journey date on 09.03.2019. Money deducted from bank account of axis bank during online payment but ticket not generated due to some error. This was happened from sbstc user account.
I again tried booking of the same and second time booking was successful. So i request you to refund the money for unsuccessful booking immediately

sbstc booked ticket cancellation policy

I have booked ticket for sunday. But i wanted to cancel it as i will be unable to travel on that date. But in online booking site of sbstc i was unable to cancel my tickets. But in the cancellation policy it's not clearly mentioned that booked ticket can be cancelled up to 2 hrs prior to the departure. But there is no option to ancel the ticket. Then why this cancellation policy. Waste of money.....
