Punjab Roadways — bus ticket refund

Hi sir,

I am traveling in your bus dated 14/08/2017... I pay my ticket rs.160 but i faced a problem at your bus service. The bus conductor informed me that you have to pay a ticket for any electronic goods (Like led etc.) this is not informed to me when i buy a ticket. When i was in bus after that your bus conductor informed me u have to pay a ticket for a electronic goods. I m travelling in a bus no :pb08 9320 (Jalandhar 1) from jalandhar to chandigarh. This term & condition is not informed to me when i m buying a ticket. This is really a harrasing condition by punjab roadways. I want my refund back.. Because this term & condition is not informed and mentioned by your bus service anywhere. Please revert me back on this mail.
