Punjab Roadways — conductor not refund my balance money

Address:HOUSE NO.4219, SECTOR-68, S.A.S.NAGAR MOHALI (PUNJAB), 160062

Today we have travel from jamalpur chowk to kharar vide bus no. 8361 & i have paid rs.500/- & remaining amount not return by conductor. Hence, i would request you please refund my balance amount.(rs.420) ticket no. 06971670 & make id 92750715
