Punjab Roadways — For not picking me by bus conductor

There is a roadways bus departed from ferozpur city bus stand to fazilka today 25/3/2021 at 11.18 am the bus conducter miss behave with me and not picking me up for fazilka. He said u hv enough luggage so i can't take u. You must pay extra charges. But I trawled from amritsar to ferozpur with same luggage that time I hv no extra charged for luggage.
