Punjab Roadways — misbehaviour of bus conductor | |
Dear sir/madam, I boarded a bus today at 2:41 pm from chandigarh to delhi, with bus no. 4068. The bus stopped somewhere between kurukshetra and karnal for lunch. The dhaba where they stopped, charged us unnecessary amount. For which we had some arguments, we paid the amount although we felt cheated. We complained this unfair charges from the dhaba, as a feedback to the bus conductor, saying that he should take our experience as a feedback and must not stop the bus at such places, because many customers like us get cheated. Inspite of listening to us, the conductor get himself busy in phone. I gave him some time. Later when again i approached him saying that our conversation was not completed, he said that government (Modi) tell us where to stop where to not. You can talk to modi if you have such resources. Entire conversation i use formal professional language but the conductor used unprofessional local language and gesture. It could have gone to violent conversation, then i thought of not wasting my energy talking to such an uneducated (Idiot) person. I hope you will look into this matter and educate those who need a proper education adding to good customer experiences. Also, if you can check why these local dhabas cheating people. As i am not the only one getting cheated. This was my first experience in punjab roadways bus. I always prefer himachal or uttrakhand roadways bus, they are very well mannered.
