Punjab Roadways — poor services of punjab roadways

Through this form, i want to bring to your kind notice that i am facing a huge problem due to the services provided by roadways. I have to travel from jalandhar to batala on daily basis. It is my daily experience that the buses donot run on time from jalandhar to batala. Already the number of buses on the route is very less and on top of it, the starting time of the buses is not known or they are not followed.in the evening, i am supposed to take bus from jalandhar to batala but the starting time is not known. Even i have not received any answer to my queries. The person in charge say they donot know anything in this regard. They are promoting the private bus services. I feel the public is being harassed by them as people are not able to take advantage of the public transport. If this continue the public transport will get a huge blow and the public will be adversely affected. I hope you will look into the matter for the bettermwnt of the society
