On 22nd july i have taken the tickets for bus to bathinda but it's time is on 3:40am but one of the ticket collector given me wrong time sai it was 3:45 am i asked him 3 times still he said 3:45am and i went to eat something when i came back at exact 3:41 am he said that the bus has gone and i asked him politely than why hi has given me the wrong time he yelled at me for being careless i still asked him at least refund me my ticket again he asked no than who is being careless here, why they treat customers this way why don't they give any proper solution but i really want to take strict actions against them please at least east they won't do this to any other pearson
