Punjab Roadways — used abused language from conductor

Today i have traveled from golu ka to ferozepur on bus number pb 05af 9445 conductor on this bus don't do proper stop on golu ke stope and same other stopes. When i complaint regarding this to conductor he used abused language with me and also other passengers. Pls do needful on this as soon as possible.

In the evening time pun bus Pb06F2861
Not coming inside Balachaur.. They follow bypass route..
Please Help us.. ask Pun Bus Conductor s to follow Balachaur inside Route.
