Respected sir i inform you that our village chankoian khurd teh payal dist ludhiana having verka dairy secretary named sukhdeep singh s/o karamjeet singh having no. 213 doing adulterations in milk
his fatting machine does not work properly, he also open the machine with screwdrivers which is not under rules he is not authorised person for maintiance the machine
he runns the dairy in his home
he has employed a boy under 18 yeras old in dairy which is not in rules
he also missbehavios the customers
there are not proper tools in dairy which are in inventory of dairy are also short
he also sale the milk localy without paper work
his registers are not up to date
he does not show the fatt to the customers
he also noted wrong fatt of the customers milk
we also submit the fees of membership in dairy but he does not give any reciept as well as member ship
i requested to you for proper audit of our verka dairy, and also want that changeour village's dairy location from his house and also change secretary

The female attendant at Ice Cream Counter (did not speak her name on asking), opposite Village Hasanpur Patiala is completely ill-mannered and not fit for the job.
She uses words like '###' to address the CUSTOMERs purchasing goods. She says she has 'High Blood Pressure' when asked to behave properly.
When I complained to male attendants, she abused me in front of them as well and did not even listen to what they were saying.
Male attendants informed she behaves in the same way with all. Kindly keep workers who have some sense to talk to CUSTOMERs.
She says no one can tell her anything over there. Please take some action and at least ask her to talk properly to all. If she is too sick to work, then she should quit.
