I had purchased Verka Milk 3, half Kg Packets ( two Yellow and one green) from your regular booth supplier of Sector 48, Chandigarh on 2 5th April 2025.This got spoiled upon heating..I made a complaint to your Team ( GM along with some Members) which visited the supplier on 26th April 2025.The Team noted my address and promised to send replacement. Since so far nothing has happened, i am sending a written complaint with a request for replacement...

I am from the village of Purhiran, located on Phagwara Road, Hoshiarpur. Many shopkeepers in the village are charging more than the printed rate (MRP) for dairy products such as milk. The MRP for a 1-liter pack is ₹62 for the Punjab Circle, but shopkeepers are demanding ₹64. Almost every shopkeeper charges extra, whether they are inside the village or along the roadside

Verka diary holder(Nurpur bet, Ludhiana 141008) is not giving yearly bonus to producers which is given by verka from last 10-15 years
So, kindly take action against him

I purchased verka curd on 17 March 24. When I opened it, it had milky water in it instead of curd. I showed it to shopkeeper (Taneja General Store, Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana, 141001) from where I purchased it and he denied to change it and said to file complaint.

Verka Dahi quality is very poor I purhcased it on 4/3/24 from Garg Supermarket, Karoran, Road, Nayagaon, and they filled the lassi in dahi packing.

There is a veerka booth in front of prachin shiv mandir, sector-23d chandigarh, the owner of that booth is just ridiculous he don't know how to speak to customers many a times he sent us empty hand without giving us the products just becoz he doesn't have the loose money, but its the everytime and everyday thing that he used to do this, if we don't have exact loose money for our product then he won't sale the product and send us empty hand, he don't even keep scanner to his shop so that it will be easy for us also to buy products from him, but no he doesn't do anything and he doesn't bother about it. He is just a stubborn man who don't know how to treat customers. Its from since one year we are highly inconvenienced by him . Please resolve this issue as soon as possible either by giving him direction that how to deal with customers and putting scanner on his shop or by replacing him by another veerka owner, take some action as soon as possible.

Hi, I am customer of verbal milk from 7 years. My daily consumption is 5 kg at my home. And I bought milk packet from verka booth, dhakoli, Near bauli sahab gurdwara, dhakoli. Today on dated 28.08.2022 I bought 3 kg milk from that booth and when I boiled it at home, it was spilled. When we go to verka booth, that guy very rudely says " hum kya kre .hum kuch nhi kr skte. Ap verka walo se phucho ki kaisa dhudh bheja unhone". There was 2 customer also arguing same . But that person was very rude. Please look into the matter . And inform me action take by you on [protected].

I'm complaining from sector 25 panchkula I want to file a complaint about bad milk products and it's happened more than 5 times and because of this my health down and some time milk already turned in curd and some time after boiling it's because curd like mixer after this I made a coffee and drink felt like bad test then I boiled more it's became curd.

Verka milk distributor doing fraudly behaviour... I ordered day to day milk ..no problem..few day ago. Verka company give me extra item i didn't not order but he sent me...
Their is my 7 to 8 milk packet total waste...last time

I Pushkar Garg proprietor of Golden General Store, Faridkot Punjab is running verka Booth at my Shop.
My complaint against Verka Marketing Officer Gurwinder Singh which have sent incomplete fresh milk supply from my demand by sent me as per time.
When I call him about incomplete demand he haven't received any call. Hence I have try call again with delivery van boy phone, then he received his call and told me I don't care (eh ta inz hi chlu). Please do the needful.

I found something rubbery in my butter which i bought from grocery store

I am fed up from fraudulent behaviour of Manjit singh who is employee at verka faridkot .As he had ruined many verka booth owners life with his designation power .He always mislead in providing stocks and other verka schemes .He use to take excess money from booths in the form of token money .Moreover he had rented his own vehicle for verka product distribution eventhough vehicles were hired through etenders process.He managed to stay in faridkot without any transfer from 20 years approx.He had relations with many corrupt persons who are political or non political.What a common man or verka booth owner could do against these black sheeps... please do something of him...

I bought a verka 1 ltr kheer bucket from reliance smart hub near hazi rattan chowk bathinda and the product is manufactured on 18 feb and expiry is on 27 feb but still today on 21 feb i bought this product to spend some time with family during eating this kheer.

But after opening the bucket foul smell comes from the box and the taste is totally sour. Its like verka repacking. The expire product and resell in to the market

We spoil our evening after this i want to registered complaint regarding this and i also want to submit this in consumer court and tell to other how verka do this with customerrs

Selling expiry milk I used by 20 Feb and there already written that this used by 18 feb I saw whene milk test was unusual

The Verka Booth individual of Sector 36A (opposite MCM DAV Girls College) is misusing the Verka Booth by selling non Verka products. In addition, he is very rude towards the public specially with the Domestic Staff of the area. Further, the is overpricing the items and an example is a loaf of bread priced at ₹ 45.00 is being sold at ₹ 50.00. He is bringing a bad name to Verka which is bad for a good Instution.

I am complaining about the dairy holder of our village, He use to fill fat and SNF of milk according to his wish
After 10-15 days he always says that machine(which he use to check fat and Snf) is not working And use to fill fat and snf according to his wish
And another important thing he use to fill higher fat and snf of milk of his known persons
So plz resolve my problem as I am not able to recover my input cost of Buffaloes

This is to inform You that in Nangal (140124)some shopkeepers are selling Verka Milk packet more than the MRP price . So Pls do something in this regard As milk is the basic need of Everyone from Poor to Rich

In dairy products verka is one of the trustworthy company and best among all. I using verka's dairy products since 2013. Currently i am Living in Punjab state District Kapurthala, Lovely professional University maheru village road. Here many of the retailers selling verka dairy products but some of them charging more then Printed MRP the price of 500ml milk packet is Rs 23. They charging from Rs 24 to Rs 28 and on telling them you can't sell more then MRP mentioned on it. They said that company charging them Rs 23 and for de-freezing milk consume electricity and for its charge they selling milk at 26 or price variation above MRP. They de-frame the reputation of company, so please do needy steps on such retailers. If it not resolved i have to take on high levels.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a resident of Village Purhian Hoshiarpur. This is a case where a common man is being charged price higher than the printed MRP.

A standard Verka one litre milk pack of green label has MRP Rs. 55 printed on it. But I have been sold the same for Rs 58/- or 57/- by two different shopkeeper's in my locality. I argued with the shopkeeper who instead of bringing down the rate told me that he himself is getting the pack for Rs 57/- each from the concerned agent. Three of verka shopkeepers in the village comes under Municipal Corporation area charging the more than MRP, Milk is being consumed by everyone in routine and they are charging more than print Rate.

This is sheer violation of our right to have fair pricing policy.

I am from Nawashahr Punjab. In my colony there is one verka distributor in Teachers colony near grain market who charges high price than MRP. There is a lady and a man who runs Karyana shop and sell verka milk at higher prices. She always gave verka green packet milk 30rs/- instead of 27rs/-. And gave reason 30rs/- mei hi dungi lena hai toh lo. Resolve it as soon as possible.

I am a cafeteria owner at head office PSPCL PATIALA today I order 35-40 ltrs of milk out off it more than 20 packets of half ltr quantity of standard green packet milk was spoiled, I already complaint today about this issue to our delivery boy Gurmail Singh, So please kindly companciate me for this problem.

I am residing in sector 79, mohali.
Here is a verka booth near my house and he sold me verka cow milk 1.5ltr at a price of Rs.72. The next day when I asked him that its price is less and why you are selling it at higher price than MRPA. He told me that he will only sell at this price, either i buy it or not and also behaves very rudely and also uses harsh language.
If you can look into this, please do.

I buy Verka curd on dated 20/08/2022. During using the curd, nos of black particles size upto 10 mm (approx.) are observed in curd (dahi). Item is not eatable. Kindly take action against Verka dahi producer to avoid any miss happening in future.

I was purchased a packet of Verka Dahi 500gms on 13.08.2022 and in morning 14.08.2022, it is found that the dahi is totally spoiled.

Their product lassi low fat is having 2 different mrp printed on it that is mrp 20 and 22 and legally one product should not have two different mrp printed on it. Kindly take suitable action for it.
