Punjab State Cooperative Milk Producers Federation / Milkfed Verka — Complaint of milk

I'm complaining from sector 25 panchkula I want to file a complaint about bad milk products and it's happened more than 5 times and because of this my health down and some time milk already turned in curd and some time after boiling it's because curd like mixer after this I made a coffee and drink felt like bad test then I boiled more it's became curd.
I want to file a complaint please look into this matter
