I, Neenu Bhagi is resident20C, Dee Ess Estate of Dhakoli, Zirakpur. I have received bill after feb 2016 for Rs 17163/-( to be paid by 14th july 2016) . I checked with my neighbors and they confirmed that bill has delivered after 4 months. Had it been calculated monthly my unit rate would have been very less. And to add the meters are in open condition . I would request to get the bill checked and rectified as it is cruelty on the part of govt to charge unlawfully .
