Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that electricity on Account no.H43ED640169X, Dhanna Ram S/O Mangu Ram, vill. Ispur, has been stopped since 5 April 2018 because electricity reading meter caught fire. I have applied to change meter and also paid processing fees of amount INR 520. But till now nobody has come from department to change meter. This is request to change meter as early as possible so that electricity supply should continue. I'm attaching payment slip with this application, please find attached file.

I'm anuradha ghai from VIP Road, Zirakpur.we need to replace our meter as there is difference between the electricity bill as compared from last 2 months.the bill is on the higher side.we request u to kindly replace our meter as soon as possible.thank u
